Who We Are

Boardwalk Petrochemical Pipeline, LLC (BPP), through the Evangeline Pipeline, links ethylene producers and consumers from Port Neches, Texas to the Mississippi River Corridor, near Baton Rouge, Louisiana via a tariff based, common carrier pipeline system.

With connectivity to our extensive ethylene distribution and storage systems at Sulphur, Louisiana and Choctaw, Louisiana, BPP’s Evangeline Pipeline provides robust ethylene logistics for the United States Gulf Coast petrochemical industry.

Our Operations

Boardwalk Petrochemical Pipeline, LLC operates the Evangeline Pipeline. The Evangeline system is an approximately 180-mile interstate pipeline capable of transporting approximately 4.2 billion pounds of ethylene per year and is supported by long-term, fee-based contracts.

Our Services

Evangeline transports ethylene between Port Neches, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where it interconnects with the Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream’s (BLM) ethylene distribution system and storage facilities at the Choctaw Hub. Evangeline also provides connectivity to BLM’s Sulphur distribution system and storage facilities, located near the emerging Lake Charles petrochemical corridor.
