Who is proposing the Kosci Junction Project?
Boardwalk Pipelines, LP (“Boardwalk”), through its subsidiaries Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (“Gulf South”) and Texas Gas Transmission, LLC (“Texas Gas”), is proposing the Kosci Junction Project. Boardwalk primarily provides the transportation and storage of natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) for our customers. What is the Kosci Junction Project?
The Kosci Junction Project is a pipeline and compressor station construction project.
The Project entails constructing:
- Approximately 102 miles of new 36-inch pipe from Attala to Clarke counties, MS
- Approximately 8 miles of new 36-inch pipe in Humphreys & Sunflower counties, MS
- The new Kosci Compressor Station in Attala County, MS
- The new Holmes Compressor Station in Holmes County, MS
- Modifications to the company’s existing Greenville Compressor Station in Washington County, MS and Isola Compressor Station in Humphreys County, MS

When will the Kosci Junction Project occur?
The Kosci Junction Project process will take roughly 5 years from start to finish. We began stakeholder engagement and project planning activities in the fourth quarter of 2024 and anticipate being in-service by April 2029, provided we receive all required regulatory approvals.
