SECURE project FERC filing access & participation

Gulf South is regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). We are filing an application with the FERC requesting authorization to place the proposed SECURE facilities in service. The FERC will issue notice to the applicable SECURE Project-stakeholders, solicit feedback and allow for public comment.

Once Gulf South files its Project Application in Q2 2025, we will post the FERC docket information here, as well as details on library locations where copies of the application will be available and links to newspaper articles covering the Project.
