Scott Hallam currently serves as Boardwalk’s President and Chief Executive Officer. He joined Boardwalk as President and Chief Operating Officer in September 2023, bringing with him over two decades of upstream, midstream and downstream experience in the natural gas industry. He currently serves on the Southern Gas Association Board of Directors and is the current Executive Board Chair. Scott also serves on the Board of Trustees of the United Way of Greater Houston and on the Board of Directors of The Santiago Partnership.

Steve Barkauskas has previously served as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since joining Boardwalk in April 2006. Steve also leads Boardwalk’s information technology team. Prior to joining Boardwalk, he served in various positions in accounting, information technology, human resources, marketing and trading mainly in the energy sector. He currently serves on INGAA's CIO Task Force and Cyber and Physical Security Committee, and has served on the accounting and finance committees of Southern Gas Association, INGAA and other major energy-related associations.

Mike McMahon has been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Boardwalk since February 2007. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Gulf South for six years and has been employed by Gulf South or its predecessors since 1989.He currently serves on the Board of Directors and legal committees of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) and served as INGAA’s Chairman from October 2015 to October 2016. Mike was elected to the Board of Directors in 2018.

John Haynes serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer and President of Boardwalk Field Services. He has been responsible for the commercial and marketing functions for Boardwalk’s natural gas transportation and storage businesses since February 2009 and added the role at Boardwalk Field Services in January 2014. John previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Boardwalk, John has held various commercial, planning and business development management positions within the pipeline industry.

Kevin Miller became President of Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream in January 2014. Prior to this role, Kevin had served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Boardwalk Louisiana Midstream since October 2012, when Boardwalk acquired PL Midstream LLC. He spent the previous three years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PL Midstream. Kevin has more than 25 years of experience in the midstream and upstream business sector, including Regional Manager of Upstream Development at Shell Global Solutions.

Mercy Carrasco Kamps serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Communications and Sustainability. She previously served as Boardwalk’s Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and led the Legal Operations team. She has over 20 years of legal and human resources experience. Mercy serves as Chair of Boardwalk's ESG Committee and as the Chair of SGA's Inclusion and Diversity Council. She has also been involved in the community through the board of directors for the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, the Pan American Roundtable of Houston, Stages Repertory Theatre and the Night Court legal charity.

Jeff Sanderson was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, Engineering, and Construction in May of 2021. Over the past 40 years he has held numerous technical and leadership positions at Boardwalk, previously serving as VP of Field Operations since 2016. Jeff has also been very active in the Southern Gas Association over his career serving as chairman of various operations, engineering, and construction committees.
